Waiting for the Palm Harbor dude to come to do a run through of the new house. I left work at 4pm so that I could be here for 4:30 and it is now 5pm and he's a no show. I would have prefered not to have to wait in vain then have to make up time. There are some cracks and loose boards that need to be taken care of. We shall see if Palm Harbor's follow up is as quick as their sales pitch. So far, it hasn't been. Steps were supposed to come with and here it is about three weeks and no steps. The steps I have now were built by the Patio guy. Pretty sick that steps can be built (including an all around porch covering) and steps couldn't be delivered in a timely manner. Service seems to be a weakness of Palm Harbor. Ummmmmm.
Patio cover is coming along nicely.
