I'm supposed to be "being productive" but NOT! I'm procrastinating as usual. I had fully intended to get back to work after I wrote in my journal, but I found other journal entries and well, nuff said. So I am diddling instead of getting things picked up in the two spare rooms. It's a shame that I am so easily distracted. Wish I were more like my mom and dad. They did things NOW. I on the other hand, do things later than sooner. It still gets done, but not in a timely manner, but always on time...does that make sense? Oh well, it's me...part of my charm. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
It's hot as Hades outside--well 90* which really isn't that hot for Louisiana, but it definitely makes me happy that I have a/c! My pups are lying in the shade and mud to keep cool. I wish I could have the kind of house that would support bringing three giant dogs inside to live, but then again, lazy me, who would clean up after them? If I had that kind of house, I would have the kind of money to hire someone to do it! hahahaha...I kill me!
Have to go to grocery store for tomorrow's troop party but I just can't face getting out in that heat just now. May wait until tonight when it cools off some or early tomorrow morning. Either way, it will be better outside than it is now. Tomorrow it should be about 95* and 50% chance of rain. I hope it isn't raining for the party since it is a pool party outside. We have about 50 people coming so that would be a lot of people under Rhonda's carport!
Well, I'm gonna do it...I'm gonna go be productive....besides, I need to brush my teeth...the fresh pineapple I ate earlier is eating the enamel off my teeth, I think, but it sure tasted amazingly wonderful.
